This is the probably a maiden project by JTC utilizing Structural Modular Expansion Joints on its ramps for heavy vehicles and prime-movers. The completed project is a Metals-Machinery-Timber [MMT] Hub. Structural Modular Expansion Joints for 300mm joint width on levels 2 to 6 heavy vehicles ramp. Non-ramp areas are installed with Latham Mechanical expansion joints for pedestrian movement and load. The integral fire rated system is FSC02 certified.
